THE REDEMPTORISTS & STAFF OF THE SHRINE APPRECIATE VOLUNTEERS !
We at the Shrine often enlist the help of volunteers for assistance with Special Events, Feast Day Masses & Receptions, Welcome Ministry, Gift Shop Customer Service and a variety of other duties that help us to successfully carry out our Shrine Ministry. We provide a safe and peaceful respite for all of the pilgrims who visit here.
There is an established and thorough process to engage in for security and background clearances that is expected for all Shrine Priests, Brothers, employees and volunteers. We at the National Shrine follow the strict ‘Safe Environment Guidelines of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.’ Any individual seeking a volunteer role at the Shrine must complete all clearances and present all clearances before permission is given to assist in any role on our property.
